On this episode, I had the honor of sitting down with Master Sa’Vage (She/Her), also affectionately known as “Panda,” a powerful and respected presence in the Leather and kink communities who has been walking her path for nearly 19 years. With a deep commitment to education, mentorship, and community service, Master Sa’Vage shared her journey as a Dark, Sadistic, Leather-covered Master whose leadership is grounded in both strength and compassion.

During our conversation, she spoke passionately about her role as the Head of House of Difference, a Leather House she proudly founded in January 2024 with the mission of creating space for authenticity, growth, and chosen family. At the time of this interview, Master Sa’Vage also held the positions of Executive Officer for the House Blue Flames Military Department and Senior Training Officer for Ta-Seti, further highlighting her dedication to structure, service, and the development of others within the lifestyle.

In addition to her leadership roles, she is the founder and owner of Be the DIFference Munch, an international virtual event that provides a free, welcoming, and community-driven space for open dialogue. This unique platform brings together people from all walks of life to engage in meaningful conversations that span vanilla and kink experiences, BDSM and Leather cultures, and the vital topics of mental, physical, and spiritual well-being. Through every role she holds, Master Sa’Vage continues to embody the power of visibility, education, and intentional community building, making a lasting impact on those who have the privilege of learning from her.
